Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-22
These Terms of Service govern your use of the OLPO Customer Portal operated by OLPO Sp. z o.o. By completing registration or signing in, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope and acceptance
The OLPO Customer Portal (the "Portal") is a B2B platform for managing packaging quotes, orders, specifications, artwork, and related documents between OLPO Sp. z o.o. ("OLPO", "we") and registered business customers ("Customer", "you").
Access is granted by invitation only. By accepting an invitation, checking the terms checkbox during onboarding, or continuing to use the Portal after sign-in, you confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of your company and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts and credentials
Each user account is personal and must not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate company and contact information during onboarding and keep it up to date. OLPO may suspend or revoke access if information is false, outdated, or if the account is used in breach of these Terms.
3. Use of the Portal
The Portal is provided for legitimate business communication and order management with OLPO. You must not attempt to access data belonging to other customers, interfere with Portal operation, upload malware, or use automated scraping except where explicitly permitted.
Content you upload (including artwork, specifications, and notes) must not infringe third-party rights and must comply with applicable law. You grant OLPO a licence to store, process, and share such content as needed to fulfil orders and provide Portal services.
4. Quotes, orders, and approvals
Quotes displayed in the Portal are offers subject to OLPO's confirmation and separate commercial agreements. Accepting a quote tier in the Portal expresses intent to proceed; binding production terms (price, lead time, Incoterms, payment) remain as agreed with your sales contact and in invoices or order confirmations.
Digital approvals (specifications, artwork, documents) recorded in the Portal constitute your company's confirmation for the approved version. You should review files carefully before approving.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or events outside our control may cause temporary downtime.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
6. Liability
The Portal is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. OLPO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from Portal unavailability, except where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits OLPO's liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
7. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction over OLPO's registered office, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or international rules where applicable.
Questions about these Terms: contact your OLPO sales manager or write to the address published on olpo.pl.
